DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Absolutely - Here at K. ALLURE FIT we ship to the United States and Rest of World.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take UP TO an extra week for your order to ship). 

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. During Sales when there is a high volume in orders, please allow an extra 5 business days to process orders.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. 

Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during sale and peak trading periods therefore K. ALLURE FIT cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?

Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We do not have a physical store at this time.
